Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical and MEP works in line with project requirements, drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities as per the approved project plan.
• Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Architecture, and other project teams to ensure seamless MEP integration.
• Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
• Review electrical and MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, material requirements, and technical submissions.
• Ensure proper execution of electrical systems as per approved drawings, applicable standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients for technical approvals, inspections, and resolution of site-related issues.
• Monitor material procurement, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure effective resource planning, including manpower, materials, equipment, and contractors.
• Monitor project costs and support the team in controlling MEP expenditure within the approved budget.
• Identify technical and execution-related risks and take corrective actions to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, statutory requirements, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of MEP installations.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of electrical and other MEP systems.
• Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, MIS, and other required documentation.
• Ensure proper handover of completed MEP works, including testing reports, as-built drawings, and relevant documentation.
