Electrical Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the work of the Electrical Engineering Department in accordance with company policies and objectives.
2. Plan and supervise engineering operations, including various facility systems, to enhance efficiency in production lines and industrial plants.
3. Plan and improve production line equipment to maximize efficiency, including managing projects such as machinery installation and contractor supervision.
4. Oversee and supervise preventive maintenance and repair work according to machinery type.
5. Control and participate in setting operational guidelines for the department in compliance with company standards, quality systems, and customer requirements.
6. Plan and manage electrical projects, coordinating with architectural and mechanical teams, selecting contractors, scheduling installation, and managing budgets and timelines.
7. Evaluate and monitor electrical projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement process improvements.
8. Maintain a safe and healthy working environment in accordance with safety standards and legal regulations.
9. Manage the electrical engineering budget, including forecasting, expense tracking, variance analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience; industrial factory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, positive attitude, fairness, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and develop teams, plan work systematically, and follow up effectively.
• Cost-conscious with skills to control production expenses.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience with PLC systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality management systems ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, BRC.
• Experience with TPM is highly advantageous.man relations with co-workers.
