Electrical Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead electrical maintenance operations, teams and shutdown activities across the plant.
• Manage installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of HT/LT systems, transformers, motors, panels, VCB, ACB, LRS, 33kV/6.6kV switchyards, DG sets and protection systems.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective and shutdown maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce MTTR.
• Monitor power distribution, CPP/grid loads, PF, MD, energy consumption and load balancing.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, LOTO, PTW, statutory requirements, Electricity Act/Rules and EnMS.
• Conduct RCA for recurring electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
• Handle CAPEX projects, plant modifications, installation and commissioning.
• Manage electrical spares, manpower, contractors and maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate with Production, Mechanical, Instrumentation, CPP, Procurement and Stores for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain MIS, energy reports and maintenance records using ERP/CMMS.
• Lead and develop the electrical maintenance team through technical and safety training.

Qualifications & Experience :-

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Electrical Maintenance, preferably in integrated cement plants.
• Proven experience in independently managing electrical maintenance, teams, shutdowns, and plant power distribution.
• Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of Transformers, HT/LT Motors, HT/LT Panels, VCB, ACB, LRS, 33 kV/6.6 kV Switchyards, Protection Relays, DG Sets, and Plant Lighting Systems.
• Experience in statutory compliance, electrical safety, and maintenance team supervision.
