Electrical Manager

Note: This role is can be based anywhere in the United States.

A leading construction firm is looking for an Electrical Manager to set the standard for safe, reliable electrical work across its energy storage project portfolio. You'll be the go-to person on site: auditing, troubleshooting, training and getting projects energized safely.

This is either fully project-based, or 50% remote and 50% travel to project sites.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviewing LOTO plans, energization plans, MOPs and safe work outlines
• Running electrical installation audits and pre-energization walks
• Attending factory acceptance testing and feeding back findings
• Supporting troubleshooting, commissioning and energization on site
• Training teams on LOTO, zero-energy verification and PPE
• Tracking qualified electrical worker (QEW) qualifications and competency
• Triaging warranty issues and leading root cause analysis
• Sharing safety alerts and lessons learned across projects

What you'll bring:

• Electrician's license
• 8+ years in electrical construction management
• Experience taking a project from mobilization to turnover
• Medium and high voltage knowledge, plus controls, substations or T-line experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and NESC
• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 100%
• Strong communication and leadership skills
