Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing electrical field services contracting company, specialises in the heavy industrial and mining sectors. Despite having fewer than 20 employees, they have built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable services to a diverse clientele, including Utilities, Government, and Tier 1 Heavy Industrial and Mining clients. The company is committed to innovation, excellence, and a collaborative work environment encouraging professional growth.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our client’s electrical field service division. This role is crucial in maintaining the high service standards and operational efficiency our client is known for.

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the electrical field service division.
• Coordinate scheduling and project management and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Director to streamline operations and maintain efficiency.
• Lead and expand a dedicated team serving high-profile clients in the industrial and mining sectors.
• Implement and uphold efficient workflows to enhance productivity.

Requirements Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in operations or project management roles.
• Valid Electrical License or qualification in electrical engineering.
• Extensive experience in heavy industrial maintenance and mining E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) is highly desirable.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Capability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set targets.
• Proficient networking skills with customers and clients.
• Valid driver’s license.
