Want to take the lead on the electrical delivery of a major European data centre project?

We’re recruiting an experienced Electrical Package Manager to join a leading European contractor specialising in large-scale, mission-critical developments.

You’ll take full ownership of the electrical package, from design coordination and procurement through to installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Working alongside an experienced project team, you'll play a key role in delivering a technically complex, high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full electrical package from design coordination through to installation, testing and commissioning.
• Oversee electrical subcontractors, site teams and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and client to ensure programme delivery.
• Manage package costs, labour, materials, plant, procurement, variations and valuations.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, manpower levels and progress against programme.
• Oversee snagging, quality inspections and close-out activities.
• Produce weekly cost and progress reports, highlighting risks, delays and project milestones.
• Coordinate material deliveries, site logistics and resource planning.
• Attend project, engineering, coordination and handover meetings.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven project management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial project experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
• Experience managing subcontractors, budgets and project programmes.
• Good understanding of design and build projects and health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
