  • Identify and correct assembly discrepancies or wiring errors.
  • Follow established quality standards, safety procedures, and manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to resolve assembly-related issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, or a related manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Experience with electrical components such as relays, circuit breakers, contactors, terminal blocks, and power supplies.
  • Familiarity with electrical hand tools, including wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, drills, and torque tools.
  • Knowledge of point-to-point wiring, wire labeling, and electrical termination techniques.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a production environment.
  • Basic understanding of electrical safety practices and manufacturing quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience assembling industrial control panels, automation equipment, or electrical distribution enclosures.
  • Familiarity with UL 508A, NFPA 79, or other applicable electrical assembly standards.
  • Experience working with PLC-based control panels, motor starters, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and industrial automation components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical wiring and assembly issues.
  • Experience using electrical testing equipment and performing quality inspections.
  • Previous experience in an OEM, machine-building, or industrial equipment manufacturing environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods during assembly operations.
  • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40–50 pounds, with assistance when necessary.
  • Manual dexterity to perform detailed wiring and component assembly.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and work within electrical enclosures.

Ideal Candidate
