Job Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Panel Design Engineer to design and develop electrical control panels, distribution boards, and switchgear systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, selecting electrical components, and ensuring that panel designs meet project specifications, safety requirements, and applicable electrical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design electrical control panels, distribution boards, and switchgear systems.
• Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and technical drawings.
• Select suitable electrical components based on load calculations and project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to support timely project execution.
• Review designs, resolve technical issues, and provide support during panel fabrication, installation, and testing.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in electrical panel design and control systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar electrical design software.
• Strong knowledge of electrical components, circuit protection, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a technical team.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
