Electrical Panel Shop Lead

Crossroad Energy Solutions is seeking a Panel Shop Lead for our San Antonio, Texas panel shop.

The successful candidate will:

• Lead and support the day-to-day work of the panel shop
• Have experience wiring and building industrial control panels to UL 508A standards; familiarity with hazardous-location panel requirements is an asset
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and bills of material
• Help coordinate work to meet project schedules and quality requirements
• Complete and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection and test records
• Check completed work for accuracy, workmanship, and compliance with drawings and standards
• Support a safe, organized, and productive shop environment
• Communicate effectively and work well with project teams
• Be reliable, self-motivated, and safety-minded
