- Plan and develop electrical maintenance strategies, including preventive (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM)
- Prepare maintenance schedules for electrical systems such as transformers, power distribution systems, MCC, and control panels
- Analyze electrical failures and system performance to improve reliability and reduce downtime
- Monitor and control maintenance activities in compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with production, engineering teams, and contractors for effective execution
- Manage electrical spare parts and equipment to ensure availability and cost efficiency
- Track and analyze KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, power system reliability, and energy consumption
