Electrical Precast Yard Supervisor

EXEO Global Pte.Ltd. is hiring for the following position to support projects undertaken by its subsidiary, Leng Aik Engineering Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be employed by Leng Aik Engineering Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

• Supervise and oversee daily electrical installation works at the precast concrete yard in accordance with approved layout plans and specifications.

• Understand and interpret electrical conduit layouts, concealed conduit arrangements, and power distribution requirements.

• Monitor the progress of electrical installation works to ensure timely completion and uninterrupted precast production.

• Ensure all electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of electrical installations.

• Coordinate with the production and site teams to resolve electrical installation issues and minimise disruptions to production.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements and safe work practices at all times.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, conduit layouts, and technical specifications.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, and problem-solving skills with experience managing site workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of electrical safety requirements, quality standards, and construction practices in precast or building projects.
