What they need
- Source and evaluate suppliers for electrical materials and equipment.
- Prepare RFQs, review quotations, and conduct technical/commercial comparisons.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules.
- Review BOQs, specifications, drawings, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, QA/QC, and Site teams for technical approvals.
- Issue and follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Maintain procurement records, trackers, and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of UAE experience in electrical procurement
- Experience with a reputable MEP contracting company in the construction sector
- Must be available to join within one month
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
