Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical control systems for automotive HVAC products in accordance with customer and technical requirements.
• Review and verify electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, and other technical documentation.
• Validate electrical system functionality and performance through testing, simulation, and technical evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical, Software, and Validation Engineering, to ensure effective system integration.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to electrical design, functionality, and system performance.
• Manage engineering design changes and document revisions, and prepare technical documentation including FMEA, DFMEA, and DVP&R.
• Support prototype builds, product testing, validation, and development activities through to production readiness.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding electrical specifications, technical requirements, design changes, and issue resolution.
• Ensure electrical designs and development activities comply with applicable automotive standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in electrical system design and development, preferably within the automotive, automotive HVAC, or related manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of electrical analysis, circuit design, system integration, and validation testing.
• Familiarity with FMEA, DFMEA, DVP&R, and applicable automotive standards is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience using electrical testing and measurement equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and related tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
