Job Requirements

• Graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering .
• At least 1 year experience in technical documentation, office operations, and project record management.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for reviewing As-Built drawings, vendor submittals, and technical reports.
• Experienced in consolidation of testing & inspection reports
• Knowledgeable in preparation of the Operation & Maintenance manual

Job Responsibilities

• Write and organize easy-to-read Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Gather and organize project turnover files, As-Built drawings, and supplier papers.
• Collect, check, and organize technical testing and inspection reports.
• Keep project documents, equipment specs, and safety papers complete and updated.
• Work with site engineers and suppliers to complete all administrative project requirements.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
