What You’ll Lead:

• Full electrical project lifecycle for a large, ground‑up healthcare facility
• Coordination of BIM/VDC, prefabrication, and advanced electrical systems
• Oversight of field teams, subcontractors, scheduling, and daily operations
• Budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and cost control for a multi‑million‑dollar electrical package
• Collaboration with GC, engineers, architects, and medical facility stakeholders
• Quality, safety, compliance, and documentation across a multi‑year build
• Strategic planning and problem‑solving in a fast‑moving, mission‑critical environment

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
• Strong background in large commercial, healthcare, mission‑critical, or institutional projects
• Ability to lead field teams and manage complex electrical scopes with confidence
• Proficiency in project scheduling, cost management, and construction documentation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
