Electrical Project Manager

MME is growing, and we are looking to add great people to our team! MME is currently seeking a Project Manager with experience managing commerical & industrial projects to join our team. Based in Sherwood Park, the project manager will be a vital member of the team, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate all aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget targets are met.
• Liaise between clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring that key milestones are achieved on time.
• Track and report on project progress, including material procurement, staffing, and schedule updates.
• Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes.
• Support project team with budgeting, cost control, and procurement activities.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve project-related issues and assist in mitigating any potential risks.
• Prepare and update project reports for internal and external stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial & industrial electrical projects.
• Electrical experience is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
