The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our Sydney team. This role will be responsible for leading complex electrical and technology-based projects, ensuring successful delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage electrical and technology projects from planning through to delivery
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and resourcing
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, WHS, and company policies
• Monitor project risk, performance, and quality outcomes
• Provide regular reporting to senior management
• Support tendering and business development activities

About You

• Proven experience in an Electrical Project Manager role
• Background in electrical, communications, or security systems projects (highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of electrical compliance and installation practices
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially astute with strong problem-solving ability
• Relevant electrical trade or engineering qualifications
• Project management qualifications (desirable)
