Electrical Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee self-performed electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, project planning, budgeting, and field operations across commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate electrical crews, foremen, procurement, materials, and field operations.
• Oversee cost forecasting, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and profitability to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead project teams to meet deadlines, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and closeout activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects.
• Proven experience coordinating electrical crews and field operations.
• Strong skills in budgeting, cost forecasting, scheduling, and change order management.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Sparks, NV.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $120,000–$150,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
