$170,000 - $190,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Vehicle + Fuel Card + Etag or you can choose a car allowance if you prefer that.

About the Company

With 25 years' experience delivering complex electrical projects across the industrial and commercial sectors across the major states. We are a specialist electrical contractor renowned for work on large-scale warehouses, distribution centres, and manufacturing facilities. Backed by a strong pipeline of secured projects with plenty more in the pipeline. We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager to help deliver one of these large projects in Western Sydney.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of project delivery from award through to practical completion, managing scope, program, budget, and site teams across large-format industrial builds. You'll work closely with head contractors, design consultants, and internal trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of electrical works on large industrial projects (warehouses, factories, distribution facilities)
• Manage project budgets, programs, subcontractors, and procurement
• Liaise directly with clients, head contractors, and consultants
• Oversee site teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards
• Manage variations, RFIs, and progress claims
• Mentor site supervisors and support staff development

About You

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on industrial/commercial projects
• Strong understanding of electrical systems within warehouse environments preferred, but not essential
• Background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 electrical subcontractor highly regarded
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Relevant trade or engineering qualifications
• Full AU working rights
