We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Electrical Project Site Engineer to oversee the execution of electrical engineering projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery aligned with engineering standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

About the Role

The Electrical Project Site Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring electrical project activities within the plant. This role ensures that electrical installations, modifications, testing, and commissioning activities are executed according to approved designs, technical specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

What You'll Do

• Supervise electrical project execution, including installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and work completion against approved plans
• Review electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders for project implementation
• Ensure proper installation and testing of electrical systems, equipment, and components
• Support project planning, material requirements, and cost monitoring activities
• Troubleshoot electrical-related project issues and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates
• Support project turnover, documentation completion, and final acceptance activities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in electrical project execution, industrial construction, or plant engineering
• Experience in electrical installation, power distribution, control systems, and commissioning
• Knowledge of electrical standards, safety practices, and engineering principles
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage
