Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment, including wiring, circuits, and components to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with fabricators and assemblers to identify defects or issues during the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures for electrical systems, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Troubleshoot problems with electrical systems, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in QA/QC roles related to electrical fabrication or installation.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards (e.g., OSHA), and industry best practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with pressure vessel fabrication processes.

. Quality & Inspection

• Coordinate inspections with TPI / Client / Authorized Inspector (AI).
• Ensure NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) are carried out as per ITP.
• Support hydro test, pneumatic test, dimensional inspection, and final inspection.
• Ensure closure of NCRs and punch points.
