Electrical QA/QC Technician (Switchboard Manufacturing)

• Location: East
• Monday - Saturday: 8.30AM - 6AM (5.5days)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections of switchboard assembly, wiring, and electrical components.
• Perform final inspections and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) on completed switchboards.
• Carry out electrical tests, including high-potential, insulation resistance, and injection tests.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Prepare inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and sales teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant QA/QC experience in switchboard manufacturing.
• Experience working in Singapore is mandatory.
• Able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Familiar with electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and measuring instruments.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to troubleshoot electrical quality issues.
