Job Summary

You will manage tender costing processes by extracting Bill of Quantity data, coordinating supplier quotations, analyzing costs, and preparing comprehensive tender submissions to support accurate project budgeting.

Responsibilities

Extract Bill of Quantity data accurately using in-house costing software to ensure precise project cost inputs

Send requests for quotations (RFQs) to suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for project materials and services

Analyze and compare supplier quotations to identify cost-effective options and support informed decision-making

Prepare detailed tender cost estimates based on Bill of Quantity and unit rates to deliver complete and accurate project costing

Complete all tender-related documentation and forms to comply with submission requirements

Review tender information thoroughly for technical and cost accuracy to ensure compliance and completeness
