Electrical Revit Designer/Electrical BIM Designer

• Builds 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems for lighting, power distribution, panels, and circuits;
• Develop and maintain accurate, detailed electrical BIM models for building and infrastructure projects using industry-standard BIM software.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within multidisciplinary project models.
• Ensure all electrical BIM models adhere to relevant codes, industry standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate model sharing, exchanges, and updates among project stakeholders to maintain consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in establishing, improving, and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and modeling workflows.
• Review and optimize electrical designs within BIM models to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and constructability.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to project teams on BIM processes, modeling standards, and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Proficient in Revit
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Amenable to work in Calamba, Laguna
• Can start ASAP

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
