Electrical Section Lead

Electrical Section Lead:

Responsibilities:

o   Lead, manage and develop the Electrical Design team

o   Oversee the delivery of electrical design projects to ensure quality, budget, and schedule requirements are achieved

o   Plan, organise, and monitor design activities in line with project milestones and resource plans.

o   Act as project team leader on nominated projects, coordinating with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary design teams.

o   Ensure all electrical designs are fully coordinated, technically compliant, and aligned with client requirements and applicable standards.

o   Drive the implementation and effective use of BIM technologies and digital design tools.

o   Manage engineering and digital design resources, ensuring efficient allocation across projects.

o   Mentor and develop engineers and digital designers through coaching, training, and performance management.

Requirements:

o   Electrical Engineering graduate, must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE)

o   At least 10 years progressive work experience in Design/ Consulting Firm

o   At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership, design management, or team supervisory role.

o   Well-developed working knowledge of MEPF Services and Systems design

o   Working knowledge on various international and local Electrical and Building Codes and Standards

o   Experience in industrial and infrastructure projects is an advantage

o   Forsspac operates on a work from home basis

Remuneration (Per month)

o   Gross salary subject to negotiation based on experience

o   Beverage allowance Php 500

o   Internet allowance Php1,000

o   Electricity allowance Php1,500
