Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients to fill an Electrical Service Lead position. This role involves supervising electrical service teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The position requires hands-on technical oversight and team leadership in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of electricians in performing electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Ensure all work adheres to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with project managers to schedule tasks and allocate resources efficiently.

• Inspect completed work to verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, labor hours, and material usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid electrical license and 5+ years of experience in electrical service or construction.

• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA safety standards.

• Proven leadership experience managing teams in field operations or construction settings.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting electrical systems.
