What they need
- Responsible for customer support/servicing/ in-house Calibration and technical activities.
- Prepare Service jobs and machine parts quotation instruction to Administrator.
- Submit warranty claims to factory on behalf of customer.
- To perform on-site advice, installation, preventive maintenance, repairs of company products.
- Answer customer questions relating to technical and service problems with tact and courtesy
- Practice continuous improvement by staying up to date with new knowledge of equipment modifications, new systems, and related technical information
- Take initiative to inform customers of additional services or refers product sales opportunities to the sales team
- Share customer feedback to colleagues to innovate and create positive long-term benefits
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
