Your Role

As a Residential Electrician, you'll be the expert homeowners rely on to diagnose issues, provide solutions, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical issues safely and efficiently
• Install, maintain, and service electrical systems and components
• Perform electrical upgrades, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience during every service call
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, panels, and electrical systems
• Ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company driving requirements
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background check and drug testing, where permitted by law
