What they need
At least 1-5 years of experience in Site Work projects (HVAC specially in VRV or VRF is a Plus, Firefighting, Plumbing). Previous Experience in Electromechanical Contracting or in a Construction Company is a MUST. Good in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
