About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer with strong field experience, preferably in solar projects. The role involves supervising electrical installation activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical installation and site activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project teams.
• Review electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Ensure installation work complies with approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of site work and materials
• Requirements
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant field/site experience in electrical projects.
• Experience in solar PV projects will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel as required.Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.E. / B.Tech, Mtech , ITI draftman in Civil / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent).

Experience: 2–3 years of Electrical Site Engineer – field experience.

Technical Skills:

• AutoCAD, STAAD Pro / ETABS / SAP2000 (for structural design)
• Revit / SketchUp (preferred)
• EPLAN / ETAP / Dialux / MS Office (for electrical design)
• Knowledge of Standards: IS, IEC, IEEE, NBC, and other relevant design codes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and communication.
• Preferred Industry Background
