Electrical Site Engineer

WE ARE HIRING: ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS (HIGH-RISE PROJECTS)

We are looking for dedicated, site-proven Licensed Electrical Engineers to oversee electrical installations for major high-rise developments under Megaworld.

Open Positions

1. Site Electrical Engineers – 2 Vacancies

• Project: 9 Central Park by Megaworld
• Location: Marilao, Bulacan
• Focus: High-rise residential condominium construction, electrical site execution, subcontractor supervision, rough-ins, and milestone delivery.

2. Site Electrical Engineer – 1 Vacancy

• Project: Savoy Hotel by Megaworld (Capital Town)
• Location: San Fernando, Pampanga
• Focus: High-rise hotel/commercial development, electrical installations, testing & commissioning coordination, and quality standards compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, inspect, and monitor daily on-site electrical installations against approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors, MEP subcontractors, and site management to resolve technical clashes and field coordination issues.
• Review single-line diagrams, shop drawings, material approvals, and load schedules in accordance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
• Conduct pre-pour inspections, slab roughing-ins, cable pulling, feeder line installations, and panel board terminations.
• Facilitate quality checks and assist in testing and commissioning protocols.

Qualifications

• Registered / Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on site experience specifically in high-rise building projects (residential condos or commercial/hotel towers).
• Solid technical knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), OSH/site safety standards, and QA/QC inspection routines.
• Strong leadership, site coordination, and communication skills.
• Amenable to full-time on-site deployment at the designated project location (Marilao, Bulacan or San Fernando, Pampanga).
• Can start immediately or on short notice.
