Electrical Site Manager

Location: Viborg, Denmark

Project: Data Centre

Contract Type: Freelance / Contract

Contract Length: 6 Months

Rotation: 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off

Working Pattern: Fully Site-Based

Rate: Dependent on Experience

The Role

• Manage and deliver the full electrical scope of a large-scale data centre project.
• Oversee all LV and MV installations, ensuring works are completed safely and to specification.
• Maintain schedule control and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and technical standards.
• Attend project meetings and drive successful project delivery.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Construction Manager, or Electrical Supervisor on major construction projects.
• Strong LV and MV electrical background.
• Previous data centre, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial project experience.
• Experience managing subcontractors and electrical site teams.
• Demonstrated experience with schedule control and progress monitoring.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is required.
