Electrical Site Manager

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of our electrical and ELV works at Johor project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and lead engineers, supervisors, team leaders and subcontractors.
• Develop work programmes, manpower plans and material schedules to meet project milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, main contractors and other trades to resolve site issues.
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, safety performance and resource usage.
• Identify delays and implement recovery plans.
• Review site reports, completed quantities and records supporting progress claims and variations.
• Lead installation readiness, testing and commissioning, defect closure and handover.
• Report project progress, risks and resource requirements to the Project Manager and management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical or M&E project experience, including site leadership.
• Proven ability to manage workers, subcontractors, schedules and client coordination.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and project documentation.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is required for daily coordination with Mandarin-speaking clients and site teams.
• Willing to be based at Johor project sites; industrial plant or data centre experience is preferred.
