The Role

As an Electrical Site Manager, you will take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring safe, profitable and successful delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
• Leading and mentoring site teams and subcontractors
• Managing project programmes, budgets and forecasts
• Coordinating procurement, labour and resources
• Maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing variations, contracts and commercial outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements
• Driving project performance, productivity and client satisfaction

About You

You are a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience managing commercial and/or industrial electrical projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sound commercial and financial management experience
• Experience managing project scope, variations and contractual obligations
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
• High-level computer literacy
• A proactive, professional and self-motivated approach

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Qualification and/or Electrical Engineering Degree
• Site/Project Management qualifications highly regarded
• Current White Card
• Current Driver's Licence
