Electrical Superintendent

We're supporting a rapidly growing Data Center developer delivering one of the largest AI-focused Data Center campuses in North America.

Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities across a major hyperscale development.

The Role

As the Electrical Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing all electrical construction activities across assigned areas of the project, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and productivity targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing electrical subcontractors and field teams.
• Overseeing installation of mission-critical electrical infrastructure.
• Driving schedule performance and construction execution.
• Coordinating with Mechanical, CSA, Commissioning, and Project Leadership teams.
• Participating in planning, look-ahead scheduling, and progress meetings.
• Supporting commissioning and energization activities.
• Identifying and resolving field issues before they impact schedule.

Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 3 years' experience delivering hyperscale AI Data Center projects.
• Experience working on greenfield Data Center developments.
• Electrical Superintendent, Senior Electrical Superintendent, or equivalent leadership experience.

Strong understanding of:

• MV/LV Distribution
• Switchgear
• Generators
• UPS Systems
• Critical Power Infrastructure
• Commissioning & Energization

Preferred

• 5+ years of hyperscale Data Center experience.
• Experience on AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Google, QTS, Vantage, STACK, Aligned, CyrusOne, or Digital Realty projects.
• Background working for leading mission-critical contractors.
