Electrical Superintendent

Job Description

• Oversee and manage all site operations from project start to completion
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion..
• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage crews, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs through effective resource management and procurement strategies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Oversee quality control processes, ensuring electrical work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Maintain daily reports and project documentation

Qualifications

10+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar leadership role

Bilingual - Spanish and English

Journeyman or Master Electrician

• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Accubid, Pronvos .
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety protocols including OSHA regulations.
• Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality control.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Working knowledge of applicable National Electrical Codes and OSHA safety standards
• Organization and Attention to Detail a must
• Strong leadership skills is a must.

Pay: $80,890.06 - $100,000.00 per year
