What they need
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or General Superintendent to transition their electrical construction expertise into a manufacturing environment supporting large-scale projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee production activities, manpower, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with project management to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
- Ensure quality standards, safety procedures, and production plans are followed.
- Lead teams, improve processes, and support operational efficiency.
What You’ll Need:
- 10+ years of field electrical experience as a licensed electrician.
- 12+ years of experience in construction, industrialized construction, and/or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, project coordination, and communication skills.
- Technical degree preferred.
- Up to 10% travel.
