We are looking for experienced Electrical Superintendents to join a leading electrical contractor delivering major data center and mission-critical projects across Nevada.

With a significant pipeline of complex electrical construction work across the state, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced field leader looking for long-term project stability, strong earning potential and genuine progression.

We are interested in speaking with Electrical Superintendents, Senior Superintendents and experienced General Foremen from data center, mission-critical and other large-scale electrical construction environments.

The Package

Depending on experience and project:

• $150,000 – $200,000+ base salary
• Per diem for qualifying candidates
• Company vehicle or generous truck allowance

The Role

You'll take a key field leadership position on complex electrical projects, with responsibility for areas including:

• Managing electrical field operations from installation through commissioning and turnover
• Leading General Foremen, Foremen and electrical field crews
• Coordinating manpower, materials and equipment
• Managing schedules, milestones and short-term look-aheads
• Coordinating with the GC, owner, engineering and commissioning teams
• Overseeing medium- and low-voltage electrical systems
• Critical power and electrical distribution
• QA/QC and installation standards
• Energization, commissioning and turnover
• Driving site safety and productivity
• Identifying potential field issues before they impact the project schedule

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have electrical field leadership experience within:

• Hyperscale data centers
• Mission-critical facilities
• Semiconductor / chip manufacturing
• Advanced manufacturing
• Healthcare
• Industrial facilities
• Large-scale commercial electrical construction

Direct data center experience is highly desirable, but not essential for candidates who have successfully led major technically complex electrical projects.

We will consider experienced:

Electrical General Foremen → Electrical Superintendents → Senior Superintendents

You should be comfortable managing large field teams and working in a fast-paced construction environment where safety, schedule and quality are critical.
