Electrical Superintendent / General Foreman

We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join a leading electrical contractor for a large-scale, high-profile construction project in Cleveland, Ohio .

We are particularly interested in Electrical Superintendents and General Foremen who have a strong background leading electrical field operations on large, complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field operations, including manpower, scheduling, productivity, safety, and quality.
• Supervise and support General Foremen, Foremen, and electrical craft personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and field resources to maintain project schedules.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, other trades, and project stakeholders to resolve field issues.
• Monitor labor productivity and installation progress while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive electrical construction experience.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Superintendent, General Foreman, or similar field leadership role .
• Experience working within the Cleveland union electrical construction market strongly preferred.
• Experience leading crews on large-scale commercial, industrial, institutional, or similarly complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation, manpower planning, labor productivity, scheduling, safety, and quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
