Electrical Superintendent – Pharmaceutical Construction

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical construction activities on pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical field operations, electricians, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Plan work schedules, manage labor and materials, and monitor productivity.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, GMP, and cleanroom requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and clients.
• Manage inspections, troubleshooting, commissioning, and startup activities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial electrical construction experience.
• 5+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Foreman.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences construction is required.
• Knowledge of GMP, cleanrooms, mission-critical electrical systems, and NEC.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
