- Maintain accurate site and quality records, including inspections, ITPs, testing records, as-built information, site diaries, labour returns and allocation sheets.
- Build positive working relationships with clients, designers, subcontractors and other stakeholders, supporting commissioning and handover activities.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, promote best practice and continuous improvement, and support the use of digital tools and Lean Construction principles.
About You You will be a practical and technically capable construction professional with experience supervising electrical works, ideally within the water or wastewater sector.
You will bring:
- Experience as a Site Supervisor for a principal contractor within water, wastewater or a related infrastructure environment.
- An HNC/HND, degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- SMSTS or SSSTS, an appropriate CSCS Card and National Water Hygiene Card, with 18th Edition advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of construction health, safety, environmental and quality requirements, with the ability to coordinate subcontractors and direct labour effectively.
