Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities to ensure the efficient, reliable, and safe operation of plant equipment, automation systems, process controls, communication systems, and electrical distribution facilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs aimed at minimizing equipment failures and operational downtime.
• Manage the planning, installation, commissioning, modification, and upgrading of electrical and instrumentation systems while ensuring compliance with the latest Philippine Electrical Code and applicable local regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance improvement projects and provide technical support for plant operations.
• Ensure that all electrical and instrumentation works are carried out according to established safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 3–4 years of relevant supervisory experience in electrical engineering and maintenance operations.
• Preferably experienced and trained in:
• Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
• Human Machine Interface (HMI)
• Process Control and Instrumentation Systems
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and their application in industrial machinery, equipment maintenance, and plant operations.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
• Skilled in handling and working with individuals from various backgrounds and levels within the organization.
• Knowledgeable in cost estimation and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
• Proficient in computer applications and maintenance documentation.
• Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S workplace organization principles.
• Possesses effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong numerical and technical aptitude.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is an advantage.
