Electrical Supervisor

1. Basic Requirements

Education: Associate degree or higher in electrical engineering, HVAC engineering, automation, computer science, or related fields.

Age: 22–40, in good health, able to adapt to night-time emergency support.

Stability: Can reside in Thailand long-term, with no criminal record.

II. Core Experience Requirements

Outstanding recent graduates are welcome; candidates with experience in overseas IDC, data center operations, or international customer service will be given priority.

Understand knowledge related to data centers, including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and safety.

Proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in Chinese, English, and Thai, capable of independently handling business coordination, troubleshooting communication, and negotiations with local suppliers.

III. Professional Skills

Understand the fundamentals of IDC data centers, including familiarity with racks, UPS systems, diesel generators, precision air conditioning, cooling systems, network bandwidth, SLA, data center inspections, and basic operational workflows such as work order management. Adapts to Thailand's time zone and work schedule, possesses strong stress resistance, can quickly address unexpected data center issues, works with meticulous attention to detail, and maintains complete and standardized records, logs, and reports.

Proficient in Office software, with strong skills in Excel data analysis and report generation; candidates familiar with ticketing systems and operations management platforms are preferred；具备 basic communication and coordination skills across departments and overseas teams.

Understand the physical security management requirements for data centers.

5. Other Competency Requirements

Familiar with Thai business etiquette and local collaboration models, capable of independently liaising with local third-party suppliers.

Candidates with knowledge of local labor, tax, and data center compliance regulations in Thailand will be given priority.
