Electrical Supervisor

DXN Limited is a vertically integrated manufacturer and operator of modular data centres across Asia Pacific. The Company designs, engineers, manufactures, and operates high-quality, prefabricated facilities for government and blue-chip enterprise customers.

This role is part of a brand new factory DXN is opening in Johor, and we are looking for excellent people to help us build it from the ground up.

About the role

You'll lead the electrical installation and commissioning team across every modular data centre build in the factory, as the primary technical authority for all electrical work on site. Reports to the Head of Production, leading a team of E&I Technicians.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and sequence electrical workload across concurrent module builds
• Review customer design packages and raise RFIs before production starts
• Own installation quality through first-off and in-progress inspections
• Sign off FAT electrical test packs and issue Permits to Work for live works
• Lead, review and mentor the electrical team
• Coordinate with the Mechanical Supervisor on integration milestones

What you'll need

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology
• 7+ years in electrical installation and commissioning, 3+ years supervising
• Data centre, modular plant or packaged electrical assembly experience
• TIA-942 or Uptime Institute Tier knowledge — mandatory, please address in your application
• Strong LV switchgear, PDU, UPS, ATS and busbar knowledge; IEC 60364
• English and Bahasa Malaysia
