Electrical Supervisor

Pay: 3,000.00 (AED) - 5,000.00 (AED) per month

We ADAM ELECTROMECHANICAL CONTRACTING are looking for an Electrical Supervisor who meets the below criteria:

Job Description

• Supervise and monitor electrical installation works at project sites.
• Ensure electrical works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Supervise electricians and technicians and allocate daily work activities.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other MEP teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of electrical works.
• Check the quality of electrical installation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, SLDs, layouts, and shop drawings.
• Identify and resolve site-related electrical issues in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure proper use of electrical tools, materials, and equipment at site.
• Prepare daily work updates and report site progress, issues, and material requirements to the concerned engineer/management.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI- Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Electrical Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation and MEP works.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, SLDs, and layouts.
• Good knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and installation practices.
• Ability to supervise and manage electricians and technicians.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is a MUST
• Driving license will be an added advantage

SALARY RANGE – AED 3,000 to AED 5000
