Electrical Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in events and temporary power systems to lead and coordinate electrical teams and site operations.

Key Requirements

• Mandatory: GCC experience in events and temporary power systems.
• Strong knowledge of temporary power distribution, generators, DBs, cables, Powerlock systems, and electrical accessories.
• Experience supervising electricians and site teams during installation, operation, maintenance, and dismantling.
• Ability to read and interpret SLDs, electrical drawings, load schedules, and cable layouts.
• Good knowledge of load calculations, cable sizing, electrical protection, earthing, ELCB/RCD, and electrical safety.
• Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety, HSE requirements, and safe working practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible schedules, including weekends, event build-up, and breakdown periods.
• Coordinate effectively with event organizers, contractors, site teams, and internal departments.
• Experience in large-scale events, exhibitions, festivals, sports events, and similar projects is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License (No. 3) is required.
