Electrical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical maintenance and repair activities.
• Plan and allocate work to electricians and electrical technicians.
• Monitor electrical installations, wiring, panels, motors, generators, lighting systems, and other electrical equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and coordinate corrective maintenance.
• Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance schedules are completed on time.
• Inspect electrical equipment and installations for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, inspections, and spare parts.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for electrical projects and maintenance work.
• Ensure proper use and availability of electrical tools, equipment, and PPE.
• Enforce electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and safe working practices.
• Support electrical installation and commissioning activities for new equipment or projects.
• Monitor material and spare-parts requirements and coordinate procurement.
• Investigate electrical breakdowns and recommend measures to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct toolbox talks and provide technical guidance to electrical technicians.
• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards, company procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
