Job Summary

We are looking for a B.Tech/B.E. Electrical Engineering Fresher to join our team as an Electrical Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation, maintenance, site activities, and ensuring smooth execution of electrical work as per safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day electrical installation, maintenance, and site activities.
• Monitor electrical work and ensure proper execution as per specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with electricians, technicians, contractors, and other site personnel.
• Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and equipment-related issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain records of electrical work, maintenance activities, and site reports.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and management for project and maintenance requirements.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned electrical work.
• Follow all workplace safety and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of basic electrical concepts and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, panels, motors, switches, cables, and electrical equipment.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate with technicians/electricians.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work at sites and learn practical electrical operations.

Eligibility

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with internship/site exposure in electrical work will be preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to work in Kolkata and nearby project/site locations.
