Electrical Supervisor

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across multiple sites or projects.
• Lead a team of electricians and technical staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 project management software to track progress, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety adherence, and progress against project plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work activities, safety reports, and project updates for transparency and accountability.

Experience

• Proven management experience supervising electrical teams on large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Strong familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar project management tools for scheduling and resource planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Extensive supervising experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or commissioning roles.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and best practices in the industry.

Pay: £34,600.00-£52,000.00 per year
