Electrical Supervisor

We are hiring Electrical Supervisors to lead our electricians on building sites and deliver work that passes TAQA inspection first time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electricians, cable pullers and helpers on containment, conduiting, wiring, DB/MDB installation, lighting, earthing, LV cable laying, glanding and termination, and ELV containment and cabling.
• Plan daily tasks and manpower with the Project Engineer; issue tools and materials.
• Read and follow shop drawings, SLDs and cable schedules; set out cable routes and equipment positions.
• Supervise installation of LV panels, MDBs and riser cabling, including LV cable termination and support for testing.
• Check work before raising inspection requests; attend consultant and TAQA inspections and close snags.
• Enforce safety: permits to work, lock-out/tag-out, safe excavation near live cables, PPE and daily toolbox talks.
• Record daily manpower, progress and material use.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical.
• 8+ years in electrical installation on building projects, including 5+ years as supervisor or foreman on UAE building sites.
• Hands-on experience with building electrical works: containment, wiring, DBs/MDBs, lighting, small power and LV cabling.
• Able to read electrical drawings, SLDs and cable schedules.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Preferred

• TAQA Distribution HSEQ Competence Register approval as Competent Person (CP) — strong advantage.
• ADQCC-approved electrical technician.
• Experience on multi-storey buildings with electrical risers and busbar trunking.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
